That is sweet.... But the problem with many cars these days is that you can't replace the builtin audio system because it's integrated with the climate control, nav system, and other core functions of the vehicle. Bah humbug
Not a bad deal but note this is WIRED Apple CarPlay. Newer receivers can do wireless. Bluetooth audio streaming still works though. Also available at Crutchfield for $280.
Also, the face is double DIN but the internals fit in a single DIN slot. Important in some cars that would have the dash space for a double DIN but not that much room behind the dash (e.g. classic cars).
Whoa. I bought this a few months ago at full price from crutchfield. Very happy with it other than lack of wireless apple CarPlay. Steal at this price.
