This is a great card for capturing 4k video. Large enough at 256GB and fast enough as a U3 rated card. Samsung branded, not some fly-by-night name that you never really know what the components are, and sold by (not 3rd party) so there are fewer worries about shenanigans. I'd say if you need a good card for high speed video this is a very good deal!
Whats the difference between the EVO series and the more expensive line.. ive heard its the budget linez but is there really a difference? Im looking to put this in a cardash cam and as some know it gets HOT esp. In the cali sun. (Even with front tint). THANKS!

I think the write speed is much faster in the higher lines, but the read speeds are similar (if you are talking between Samsung models). If you are talking about generic brands, they are best avoided altogether because of reliability issues.
Great deal on a large and fast card from Samsung. Up to 100MB/s read & 90MB/s write speeds. Since this is a U3 card, it will write at 30MB/s minimum. Where as a class 10 and U1 cards write at a minimum of 10MB/s.
