As Sears files for bankruptcy, watch out for their "lifetime"guarantees or service plans. Also, if you have any "freecash" in points or gift cards, use them up quickly!

After my most recent customer service nightmare with Sears, I will never shop there again. Terrible telephone and email customer service!
