I own this. It is quite heavy and unwieldy to move around, but that makes it pretty stout and safe. The top and bottom flare out for safety as well. Very useful and a great price.

My dad has this and it's quite safe. I wish I did not buy a standard ladder otherwise I would def jump on this deal.

I own one of these as well. Agree it is pretty heavy. Handy to have around. Great for getting in to the garage attic space.

multi-position is probably a better description for this style of ladders. One made by Gorilla Ladders has worked out great for me, and wasnt as expensive. It has definitely made me feel safe reaching the 14ft ceilings in my house.

The Gorilla Ladder 22 ft is 169 at Home Depot now, so 50 bucks more expensive at the moment.

I'm seriously considering this deal. I need to powerwash my barn roof shingles and this looks perfect for that task.

Love the versatility of these, and use one often. The only thing to consider is they have very narrow rungs, which puts a lot of pressure on your feet if you're on it for an extended period of time.

Great ladder but very heavy. With adjustable sides makes working on stairs a lot easier.
