With a normal price for 2600 at $150, then that now old 370 (with its limited memory support) is $60 working a $30 rebate I'd call that about average seeing it a EoL mobo.
Not much of a deal while the 15% back promotion well IDK. Basically just means you'll have $36 to spend in December... Although that's not necessarily money back to you in the wallet, unless you really know of a good thing you will be purchase at that point, say like monitor.
At MicroCenter you can get a 2600X with a Asus Prime B450-Plus ATX Mobo for $264. Sure $47 more, but I'd rather not have to OC or have extra problems finding fast compatible DDR4 for that 370.

cheapest MicroCenter bundle for a 2600X i can find is $310.
