I bought one of these about a month ago.. They shipped me a look alike product (named something else like "polar air" -- I forget) that barely held together -- The lid just "sits" on top instead of having a hinge or proper clip. The water resoirvoir was impossible to get out. and was over all a very cheap product pretty much trash.
Also forgot that i was going to return but they say in their return policy that they warrantee the "technical specs" or "details about product" and rarely accept returns.

I'd tell them they shipped me the wrong product. "polar air" wasn't what I ordered. Its why I use when wrong products get shipped they hand me my money back no question asked.
