Per-diluted? LMAO - you're paying $3 for a half-gallon of water :-)
Anti-freeze is a scam anyway - the 50/50 rule is a myth. Read the label and use ONLY as much as your temperature requires. Water is a far better coolant than anti-freeze (it's there only to keep the water from freezing and corroding aluminum). Use as little as possible. Oh, and NEVER use distilled water.

Save $20 on AF then pay $450 to have your prematurely failed radiator replaced? Granted you can DIY for around $160 depending on the vehicle.
AF also lubricates the water pump o-ring seal so add that to the repair cost too.
Be sure any coolant you buy is the correct type for you particular engine make. For instance, if you have a Toyota product, you should probably be using red HOAT coolant, VW pink HOAT, older GM and Chrysler, probably IAT. Those are usually green. If you don't know, look it up. Don't mix types (some exceptions).
A lot of premixed anti-freeze is recycled anti-freeze. I don't know if they have to state it. If done right not supposed to be a problem. Being Prestone I don't know if its recycled but if so I would assume it was done correctly but I would rather not risk it. I'd get a gallon of concentrate and a gallon of distilled water. Then I know what I'm getting.
