It's a lovely deal for watching movies. A shiny white sheet doesn't look good with a projector. It's a small screen size for a projection screen, but hey it's an amazing price, so put three of them together and BAM you have a proper screen. Stitch the 3 screens at the long edge, so you have a more square image, but it'll still be wide screen.
I put a king sized 400 thread count sheet on a wooden frame like a painting canvas and then painted it with 7 coats of behr silver screen paint. The finished dimensions put the screen right at 125 inches. I took some more scrap wood and covered that in black velvet which made a great border. Not Stewart Filmscreen quality but very nice for less than $100.00. I had to leave it in the house when I sold it because it was too big to fit up the stairs to get it out of the house.
Good idea to stitch three together but you only get one at this price, and you can't really stitch the PVC fabric, it will tear at the seam. At best assuming you get it to work the seams will be very distracting, but kudos for the ghetto screen thinking.
This is great - even if it's even marginally better than the tablecloth that I picked up from a thrift store this morning, I'll be quite happy. How did they know that I was working on a little outdoor media space? :)
It's not a fake deal. The problem with this screen is it's very wrinkled out of the box. I'm sure they are getting a ton of returns because of this issue. You have to stretch it out on a frame and then let it sit in the sun for a couple of hours to get the "kinks" out of it. The screen I posted a link to on doesn't have the same problem because it's cloth.

Well, I got mine, This is hilarious, I had forgotten about it over the weekend, first thing this morning UPS drops off a really well made 2x2x80 in box sent next day. I am scratching my head and open it up and see the screen rolled up. Its actually not a bad screen, not at all and similar quality as the freestanding projector screens, but just only the screen, of course
