Heads up this is 1000 inch pounds of tq not foot pounds so just set your expectations of what you're trying to accomplish. I doubt this would do moderately rusted bolts since I had some on an exhaust that 250ft/lbs wouldn't budge but 1250ft/lb broke free instantly. Google converter says 1000in/lb is only 83ft/lbs. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
^ It's a 1/4" driver, you're thinking of a 1/2" impact wrench. A 1/4" driver would tear up any 1/4" bits you put in it if you subjected them to much over 200 ft lbs.
This size tool is handy for speeding up your work more than getting difficult fasteners off. The thing is, this is about the only type of tool I'd be interested in, in their light and small M12 form factor, yet it's a bare tool.

Use a breaker bar to start and finish but spin the lug nuts off and on with this.
