I got one, and my kids have loved it. I have security camera footage of them riding it around my circle, and it has been pretty reliable. As a toy, I think it is worth $130.
Unlike regular electric boards which use a larger battery underneath the platform, this one runs on D-cell sized rechargeable batteries stored in the handle. Lightweight, in both actual weight and power. It would be worth a shot at half the price ($65). But $130? Pass.
Seems a little conservative, 15 lbs weight gives you 8 mi range and 16MPH max speed, but I'd rather 45lbs weight for a 10 mile range and 30MPH max speed. How light does something need to be if it has wheels and moves itself?
Update: The scooter stopped working after around 2-ish weeks of medium use. The batteries are clearly only able to take like 15 charges before they die.
