Keep in mind that this appears to run constantly, is an always on fan, not controlled by the HVAC system unless you are savvy enough to wire up a relay controlled outlet for it. In some cases that might not be a bad thing. In others, it's wasting power and wearing the bearings out.

This is 4" most runs off trunk line are 6" your not going to over come bad duct work!
