Yes it is. I settled for the SD DVD at the local library after seeing the picture quality or lack of it on the Blu-Ray versions. To be fair I think they used a 'handycam' to film 28 Days in any version,but I did enjoy the two movies and would watch them again if any director is brave enough for a remake.
