Hi Ac13, I can semi confirm and explain the issue with T-Mobile. A few months (to a year maybe now) T-Mobile began requiring only IPV6 IP address pass through. Many Zmodo products including my older 8 channel DVR system only have IPV4. I only learned this after reading dozen of support forums. The ZMODO app was just "updated" recently and I recently regained some access to my camera. So I'm able to remotely view but it's no where near stable. Hope this helps.
