they had this a few years ago, where you buy the tag for $1 and you get a frosty every time you visit, no purchase necessary, just go drive through and ask for a mini frosty. then it stopped, still good if you like frosties (and Wendy's), thanks OP!

I remember the first time I saw these it was a cool rubber-ish frosty with depth. I hate that I didn't buy it then to collect. Now it's just a flat plastic cutout.
