My wife has this laptop, it's really very nice. She hates the touchpad, but I think it's actually one of the better ones I've ever tried. Hard to blame her though, even a great touchpad still sucks compared to using a mouse.

Last two Dells I bought soured me on Dell. One was a Latitude 15 5000 series, which I didn't think was bad until it stopped working. The other was an XPS 15, which I liked but which died prematurely. Sorry, Dell, but you lost a customer.
