Millenials...A board game is a piece of painted cardboard in which multiple players use dice or cards to challenge each other until a winner is chosen. No participation trophies on these games. Sorry!
Not a bad deal if you are shopping for Xmas presents. Almost off of the "children" in my family are in middle school and up now. It's easy to just ask their parents if there are games they have been asking for or if they are getting a system from Santa.
There are other items that qualify which are not in their "Board Games" category, like Uno and Sushi Go. Not sure if there's an easier way to find them all..

As someone from Indianapolis... GenCon is the biggest board game conference in the world and it's packed full of millennials.

Great deal! At my local all the expensive board games are gone. Like Ticket to Ride which retails for $45 i think. It's cousin Ticket to Ride in Europe is also empty. I recommend Ticket to Ride, Settlers of Cataan and other games that are worth over $40. There's a reason why.
The perennial problem with buy 2, get 1, is that I never want 3 full-priced (or similarly priced) games at once, thus diminishing the value of the deal. Does anyone know if you can mix and match (board games and video games together)?
