I can say I've bought from them before, and the key does work, but did notice that shortly after, my credit card was compromised. I cant directly pin it to them, but it does seem suspect.
It's situations like these where generating a temporary/virtual credit card number comes in handy. The most prominent companies that I know offering the feature are Citi and Bank of America credit cards.

I've bought from these guys as well. Keys work fine - but I would be surprised if they continued to work when I went to migrate to different hardware. They don't seem to be generating fake keys. They sometimes run out of stock, and the two keys I got, I registered through outlook.com. I'm guessing they have access to super-cheap licenses sold in places where people have little money for software. They *are* in mainland China - which may be one of those places.
Actually worked without a hitch. We'll see how long it keeps running.
I paid for it with PayPal because I wasn't going to give them my credit card info. The product key was available immediately, under the orders in my account info. I was expecting to receive it by email. I saved a copy of the info in case they close down next month.
You need to create a Microsoft account if you don't already have one. Then go to setup.office.com and paste in your product key. After what seems like an eternity, but was actually around 20 seconds, Microsoft tells you the product key is good. Then you download and run the installer, which then downloads and installs Office 2016 Pro in the background. You can download the entire Office installation, around 2.3GB disk image, for offline installations. However this product key only allows installation on one PC only.
I bought several keys from them for Win 10 and Office 2016, they all worked fine. I realized I hadn't used one of the keys for a computer I intended to put Office on, and when I went to do it (several weeks later) the key didn't work.
HOWEVER, I chatted with their customer support and they gave me a new one that worked after verifying the problem. Problem was fixed within 15 minutes.
I would have no hesitation buying from them again.
