I have one of these downstairs and want to like it. But having to say "Okay Google" ruins it. I then added an
Amazon
Dot upstairs, and between being able to say "Alexa" instead of "Okay Google" and the more natural voice the choice is clear.

They should let you program it to respond to whatever you want to say to activate it. Does it respond to "Hey Google" like some devices do?
