Go into some good restaurants. I've never seen any of these there.

Cook's Illustrated magazine rates the 4-qt pot as best in their tests, the only one with a perfect rating. Even the sale prices are high, but they are no worse than other brands (including the 'best value' brand in the Cook's review).
