It looks bigger in the photo than it is. There is not a lot of space between it and the ground for a bucket to go under it. You could mount it on blocks of some sort, but may shift off in high wind or over time if you do.
The major flaw in the design is the single panel that covers both chambers. You cannot dump one chamber without dumping both chambers unless you cut the panel in half or create a plug. Turning is not so easy if you put in a lot of stuff and it gets heavy.
There is nothing to collect the "compost tea", it just drains out where it will along the bottom panels until they get plugged, in which case it just pools inside until it is spun then dribbles out another panel at random.
Mine doesn't compost too well and it gets a lot of bugs in it. I don't balance the wet vs dry very well(or at all) so your mileage may be better in that regard.
