Edit: grabbed it. It's my Christmas present from my wife (once I tell her). It does include a seperate code so you can buy another game (Halo 5) later. The code will arrive Dec. 14th apparently. A second wireless controller can be bought for $40. Total with tax and free ship is $360 (bought second controller). Not bad.
Yeah, skip the cowboom deal and go for this. It's more expensive but includes 3 games ($60 code), a controller, and is new.
I went in for one. I bought the kinect bundle for 350 with the 3 kinect games (could be fun?). bought halo for retail which was a mistake maybe. I feel like I'd be missing out of the experience without the kinect.
