We bought similar massagers a few years ago. Ours work pretty well. You have to readjust the arms every once and a while. Easy to bend back into shape.
They're highly addictive. Your head will itch just so you can scratch them with these. After a while even that won't be enough. You'll need to get someone else to do it for you. Women with long hair should be specially worried.

They do not. The metal scratching arms have tiny little balls on the tips so they're very comfortable. Even most dogs love 'em!
