I have to disagree with gfx. I have gotten at least 5 rebates from them. No problems at all.

I had no problems at all with PowerColor and I did get my rebate check, just follow the instructions carefully as they said.

Bitcoin difficulty is actually going down due to declining prices creating unprofitable conditions. See http://www.coindesk.com/bitcoin-price-decline-sparks-rare-mining-difficulty-drop/.

I've not had any issues with the P-C rebates I've submitted... probably like 5 at this point.

Jurassic card... please that title is for a 8400GS from 2007 that's still being sold as the cheap'o from Nvidia against this. At least the 5450 is 2010, Dx11, DDR3, OpenGL 3.2 and other relatively modern spec's, all with just 20W the 8400GS pulls 25% more power.
