It's even worse, Satnav4, they seem to be retaining the 16gb limit from yesteryear. The next steps up at 64gb and 128gb, but each one runs an additional $100. Why didn't they just go with 32 and call it good?
I was expecting them to the 5.5" phone have the same resolution as the iPad. So all the ipad apps work flawlessly on the phone and developers don't have to re-adjust the code to fit the new iphone.

Great idea if you can get your eyes to be sharper and your fingers to be tinier in order to match the increased DPI. Check out legacy apps running on Surface Pro to understand why this is a really, really bad idea.
Apple has been asking developers for years to use resolution-adjustable layouts, and the phone contains a fast hardware scaler to handle legacy apps.
Apple....giving you yesterday's innovations, TODAY!!
Looks like you didn't pay much attention because you were too busy being a silly fanboi.
The innovation is not the me-too 4.7 and 5.5 screen, but a usable large screen phone that's WORLD LTE COMPATIBLE (name a single Android phone that can do LTE on any US carrier as well as in Europe and other parts of the world) and has a working mobile pay system. Google has been trying to make this work for years and never cracked it. Their NFC Google Wallet thing has been a massive failure year after year.
So, thanks Apple for delivering WORKING products.

The 3K resolution on the android phones such as Note 4 or G3 didn't make anything super tiny.

As far as I can tell, the iPhone 6 does not have both CDMA and GSM on the same model. So how can it use any US carrier?
