I've been a cardholder in good standing for many years. Murphy struck and there wasn't even a "Offers for You" to click on.

Same here, I've never seen these types of deals on my Amex Offers; I get oodles of eatery offers though, but I only eat fast food >.

yeah i have card though costco, so this deal doesn't show for me. I'm guessing it only shows for people who have American express card and no costco account.

I have both Costco Amex and a Blue Amex. This deal showed up only on the Blue.

Click on "Amex Offer for you" tab at the lower right corner . I have $15x3 cell phone payment rebate and $20 off $20 purchase. I don't see Costco because I've been using Amex card in Costco for a long time, there is no reason for to give me more incentive to use the card in Costco. This is not new, Bandk of America credit card has been doing this for many months.
