Well the Dell is cheaper, but it is also 8 inch versus 11.6 - I have the Dell and preferred the smaller size however I am thinking that this would be nice as well, just not as portable.

With the keyboard, makes a great notebook. -some connectivity/wake-up issues with keyboard, though, related to connectors and latching.
Super portable, unbelievable battery life.

Bought it because I needed something that would run full versions of MSOffice.
