That place is nasty. The most offensive is the page in their laminated menu where they state "we proudly serve food made with ingredients from these companies" followed with the logos of massive corporations that make garbage food. Nothing authentic, nothing fresh, everything there is from a can. Gross.

Seriously, the worst Italian food out there. In comparison, the Olive Garden is a Michelin-starred restaurant.

The service was questionable too, but probably because the staff is sick of people complaining about the food. The ONLY time I've visited Buca, all the pasta dishes were very salty and the lasagne was dried out, yet cold in the center. It took 5 minutes of discussion with the manager before he would take back the lasagne and drop it from the bill. The other dishes were half-eaten, so he refused to do anything about them, other than box them up.
