There are some limitations like Saturday & Sunday only for the breakfast, Mon-Sat for lunch, limit 2 x 99 cent kid's dinner Mon-Wed 5-8PM per adult dinner purchase, and the coupons read not valid with other offers or coupons so you may not be able to use both the $7.99 and $0.99 on the same visit.

The food is actually alright depending on the location but the problem is the people that frequent these places.
