^ Isn't a mass gainer usually something that increases your daily intake over the RDA?

No more for me. My health insurance dumped my gym membership.

Those are recommended for average people. If you are attempting to stack mass you are not average. I don't go nuts with my diet, but when I add mass (very rare these days), I have to jack my protein and calories. Also, after a workout, your muscles scream for carbs and things like creatine are absorbed more readily with carbs.

If you are just drinking this without lifting, you are an idiot, but for adding mass you may need it.

and "fructose is a poor nutritional precursor for rapid glycogen restoration in muscle after exercise"

^ There are plenty of
walmart
shoppers who adequately demonstrate that it doesn't require a good nutritional precursor for rapid glycogen restoration in muscle after exercise to become massive.
