Even though it says Exp 2/23, it is now showing $79.99 with coupon automatically added.
$62.99 after coupon which is the same $17 off.
Lowest shipping option is 2-6 days for $7.28
Free shipping is only available with InnerCircle members which costs $79.99/year.
If you buy one of this, it will be:
$79.99 + $7.28(S/H) - $17.00(Coupon) + $4.92(Tax) = $75.19
The same module is $69.99 on
Newegg
with free shipping with or without shop runner and no tax.

Why are we having such high prices on DDR3 RAM?

My thoughts exactly - I've been out of the loop for a while, but RAM prices seemed like a bargain for a long time. Looking for some DDR3 1333 RAM for a mini-ITX HTPC build; finding RAM prices higher than the cost of the motherboard.

DRAM prices went up because of the switchover of some current and new factories to flash memory production, thanks to all those phones, tablets, and SSDs people are buying.

Thanks Dave - so the money I'll save on lower SSD prices will go toward DRAM ;-)
