Pros: 1 USB 3.0 port. 3 USB 2.0 ports. It is what it is.
Cons: ONLY 1 USB 3.0 PORT! I bought this while I was in a hurry, and didn't notice that of the 4 ports on this, 3 of them are USB 2.0 ports.
Other Thoughts: I was looking for a 4-port USB 3.0 hub. Pay attention to what you are buying. The one time I didn't, I got this device. And to made the error more painful; I had purchased two.
^ It has a pair of USB3 ports on the rear, a pair of USB2 ports on the rear, two pairs of USB2 pin headers, and 1 pair of USB3 pin headers.
... so, supports 4 USB3 ports. That isn't too uncommon on a smallish mATX board. At least it has both DVI-D and HDMI digital video output, solid capacitors, and 6 pin CPU power connector, although the small and tightly spaced row of mostfets for CPU power without a heatsink is going to somewhat limit the max CPU it can support without high airflow (noise) doing so.
I probably wouldn't use more than a ~ 100W CPU, including whatever extra wattage you end up with from overclocking if you choose to do so.

On lower price MB you need to read all fine print. As I stated in earlier post NEVER GO CHEAP on system board if you own high speed CPU. Lower end board not only it has limited option like USB, SATA, etc.... it also only support up to certain memory speed without OC, than there are North/South Bridge chip that handle all your I/O. When in doubt compare cheap ones with most expensive board spec and you see why it cost more. Not ALL BOARD will RUN AS FAST like DAVE said.
^ Show us some benchmarks that demonstrate this. The main performance difference on a high end board is the ability to overclock further and supply more power to the CPU to do so, or to cover CPUs with a high # of cores that need it even at stock speed.
If only overclocking a little and CPU isn't near the design limit of the board, this board should do fine. Of course integrated video won't be as fast for gaming as a discrete card, but this is always the case, even on expensive boards with integrated video.
It used to be that the cheap boards had very poor quality control, and I still try to avoid some brands like Biostar for this reason, but Gigibyte is a top tier brand. Used to be that low cost boards had cheap chinese electrolytic capacitors in the power supply subcircuits that were prone to fail, but today only the cheapest of boards have those, not this board.
