Generally Toshiba makes very good units, we have gone through two of them and both were GREAT machines, both still work but were passed on to needier people.
For this price this is a Great deal, might even get one myself. No touch but would install Windows Classic shell, makes windows 8 look and act the same as a windows 7 box.
The A5200 processor is not the fastest, but fast enough for most if not all your needs.
