FYI: These thermoelectric models don't get very cold. The temperature range of this unit (after a long search) is 11°C - 18°C (51.8°F - 64.4°).

And they use a lot of power to do so. Costs you hundreds a year to run one of these.

^ Similar design and capacity wine coolers are rated as 70W intermittent duty, averaging 1KWH per 24hrs @ 59C temp setting, presumably if the door isn't opened much if at all and in whatever they consider a standard ambient room temperature.

If nat'l avg electric cost is now $0.12/KWH, that's $44/year or may be a little higher in actual use to factor for opening the door, re/chilling bottles.
