I'm usually AMD-leaning, but think I'd recommend the next tier up (RX 460/560 or GT 1050/1050Ti) over these if you have room in the case (and the available watts) to spare. While the frames/$ is pretty good on these, I don't consider them good options unless older games are being ed or the expected use cycle is very short. If you are upgrading in a year, this isn't terrible...if you plan to keep it for three and play current games, do yourself a favor and spend more money now.
That said, I may slightly prefer the 1030 over this, but passmark gives it a top 3 spot in value/$, so maybe the reviews I read were a little narrow...
