Yes, all XB1's contain a 500gb hd. You can expand it trough an external hd connected via USB. It cannot be replaced internally without voiding your warranty, but you can without voiding warranty on the PS4. I would imagine that both consoles will likely come out with a 750gb or 1tb version consoles within the next year or so.
They never seem to a bundle with a good game. I am one of the stupid people that bought in the beginning for mega bucks, with NO games. :( Wish I would have waited. How come ya never see many PS4 bundles?
Microsoft website had a good sale over Black Friday weekend where you also got a free game of your choice....included brand new releases like Halo MCC. PS4 just started doing bundles (GTA and The Last of Us). PS4 hasn't really gone on sale much / bundled because it's outselling the XB1 by several million consoles. This reduced XB1 price should help them make a nice dent maybe in that...we shall see! They keep dropping I think I'll pick one up to sit beside my Ps4.
FYI, the games are digital download only. Another tasty tidbit, the Black Flag needs up to 50GB and Unity ~35GB. Unbox, install and use that data cap if you got it!
I purchased this from the Microsoft store on the 29th. They shipped the game immediately; however, it was lost on me that there was a two week backorder. Not sure why, they then, launched the sale again a couple of days later. I've cancelled my order with them for fear that it won't make it in time for Christmas. My local just took SO much time searching for one as it showed up in-stock. They were able to locate, as Ryan put it, 'A bunch of them hidden in back'! With all the discounts I have in possession, I may be able to get it out the door for $273.50 + tax! wish me luck!
Update: Picked up this deal at and couldn't resist the PS4. I had this 10% off Cartwheel deal along with another 10% off and a $10 off coupon. Both units, plus PS4 controller charger and an additional charger for the Xbox One for $681 out the door!
