Microsoft Store has announced its free Games with Gold for January. Some are available on the first of the month, while others start later this month. Requires Xbox Live Gold subscription ($9.99 for 1-month, $25 for 3-months, or $60 for 12-months).*

January titles are as follows:

1/1 to 1/31: Little Nightmares for $0 ($20) [Xbox One] 

1/1 to 1/15: THE KING OF FIGHTERS XIII for $0 ($30) [Xbox One] 

1/16 to 1/31: Breakdown for $0 ($9.99) [Xbox 360 and Xbox One]
