This is a great blower at this price. It is definitely a huge step up from the little orange Black and Decker "Fisher Price" type blower that sells for twice as much. Yes, it has short battery life but you get a lot more life if you turn it on and off when you actually need it to blow.
You can buy extra batteries for these for dirt cheap. I had one of these with 3 batteries that was more than sufficient to finish my sidewalks and driveway twice over without recharging. You can get the quick charger on for less than $30 if you wait for the next discount code that seems to happen once a week .
