Note that this is an SMR drive, I do not know who in their right mind would use SMR for RAID/NAS.

^ A lot of people simply don't know WD is doing this, though I wonder if it's still a good deal for bulk storage on a desktop. Then again the CMR Red Plus was single-digit dollars more on the deal ending a couple days ago.
