RAM and SSD's, one of the fews things I've don't regret buying two years ago when they were affordable.

2050MB/s. That's cool if you have an M.2 slot. Older mobos you'd could put a few 2.5" SSDs in RAID0, but sometimes have incompatibility with TRIM depending on chipset.
