Yeah.....actually, the quotes in the 2nd paragraph should be around "inspected and tested". Can't tell you the number of times I've gotten something that was "inspected", only to find out it was broken. So what did they inspect?? SMH

Not only broken, there are hair and tissues came bonus last time i bought a modem from warehouse deals.
