And when that fails, call the local independent appliance repair guy. Not sure if he's any good, but he's better than customer support at the appliance company.
I'm just wondering how these will be delivered from I had purchased a range hood from them a few years back and it was a nightmare. The first two units came with huge dents & scratches in them. Amazon was great about returning them but it was a timing issue with the house we were selling more than anything. The third hood also came damaged but luckily the scratched side was up against a cabinet so it was hidden.

Mold/mildew/funky smell issues are NON EXISTENT if you just leave the washer door open after you complete a wash cycle. Problem solved. Have an LG TROM front loader for the past 15 yrs... Zero issues.
