The worst customer support I've ever dealt with: Freedompop. I bought a $50 prepaid SIM for unlimited service from them. They downgraded it, told me I was the one who downgraded it and I'd have to buy a new one. Then when I disputed the purchase with my credit card company, they cancelled all my phone accounts and I lost numbers I had paid to port over. I have now opened a dispute with the Better Business Bureau. They are straight up thieves and when you won't let them steal from you, they leave you with no phone service or phone numbers as punishment.
this is the same company as Freedompop, so think twice before you let them pop your freedom. Well, they won't take your freedom, but they sure won't give you any. First thing you can be sure about, you'll have to sign up for premium support or they won't talk to you and you will need support, not because you are not technically capable but because they don't have their stuff together, and you won't like their forum support, because you might want a better result than an email reply stating we can't see anything wrong, problem solved, but they will try to nickel and dime you constantly and it won't be nickels and dimes but 10 or 20 bucks each time. Sore rant? I am the lucky owner of a used LG G3 from them: still a great phone, too bad a month and a half after they sold it to me, Sprint (and therefore Freedompop/Unreal) decided not to support LG G3s on their network anymore. So thank you sold me a phone that can only work on Sprint and its MVNOs, but was not allowed on their network just less than 2 months later, and their folks thought there was nothing wrong with that; other than having to carry around a portable wi-fi thing to be able to use it
