I prefer rivets, welds and other methods of attachment tend to come loose over time. 400F... better off not exceeding that anyway because many oils and fats oxidize and produce carcinogens above that temp.
My bigger question to all these people that leave negative comments on this and post pictures of how it got scratched after one week is: Do you wash these pants and stack them in a way that doesn't touch other metals or not?
I see so many people stack non-stick pans on top of each other. They're gonna scratch.
