^ I have their C145 which is probably the same internally and it has lasted more than a year, though I only use it once a week for ~400MB worth of backups and plenty of free space still on it. They are pretty slow for USB3 flash drives but this is expected at this price point.
However the plastic shell around it is really flimsy, making me worry if I'd eventually break the solder pads off where the USB connector attaches to the PCB, so I ended up popping it open and filling with epoxy and then it's non-retractable but super durable. Their C175 non-retractable is more rigid, a two pack of those (128GB) is $19 on
