Bought this on last week's sale. Not bad. 4 heat selections which is nice and an auto shutoff feature to boot. The shape of it and describing it as being for the neck and shoulders is gimmicky. You can buy a regular square heating pad for less that will deliver the same results.

Picked it up on sale for 20.00. Basic 4 zone heating pad that has a reshape of a unremarkable cutout. It is a heating pad. It works.
