Lots of reviews but still mixed. Seems like a quality control issue there.
For those who have roadside assistance, you may find that a lot of the friendly roadside assistance techs who jumpstart dead car batteries use the Jump-N-Carry JNC660 ( https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B000JFJLP6 ) -- it's not cheap, but it's reliable.
If you don't need the air compressor and the extra 17.5 lbs, you can always opt for one of the pocket-size portable Li-Ion jump starters that double as a power bank. I've used mine on several occasions for my truck, a friend's car, a coworker's car, and a stranger's car, and I've only had trouble once since I used it to charge my phone and forgot to recharge it. *sigh*

Horrible reviews and, according to one of the reviewers, it doesn't appear that accepts a return on this item!
Thank you!
