Same here. There is no option to get it for $8.63 but I got a final price of $12.31 and that is cheap for a webcam with over 4 start rating.

Make sure you check these for proper resolution capability. Been burned a couple times with these lying 3rd party seller webcams. They all claim 1080p full HD resolution. 1 was 640x480 max! The other was 720p max.

Look up free webcam resolution checker sites online.
