Even more genius, it covers up the headset jack on the side of the remote - making it useless for a very important feature.

I have one and love it. Controls the tv volume as well as the sound bar. No more hunting for the tv remote. If I want to use the headset jack, which I have never used, it pops out in about a second flat.
