Some of these shops actually come to town, stay at a suite and invite people to come over to get measured and also pick fabric. They'll take the orders back to places in Asia and send you a suite. This way you can get measured professionally and also get a feel for the fabric you're choosing.
They also have B&M "showrooms" (their word) in various cities, including mine, where you can see the quality of the suits and get measured. Then the order gets put through online. If the suit has to be adjusted after you receive it, take it back to the showroom.
