lol, the ludicrous amp wars are getting worse. No, this doesn't provide 3x the cranking amps that your regular battery does in good condition, though it's usually rated for Cold CA which is a bit lower but not that much.
Regardless it's going to be a lot higher true CCA than the little Li-Ion jumper packs and it's nice that it has a built in faster charger. Many just use a ~ 1A wall wart.
